Lots of things are changing about the California cannabis industry in 2018 & here at The Higher Path we’re having to make some adjustments to our Loyalty Points & Rewards Systems.
Once we receive our recreational license we will no longer be able to give out free products of any kind to either medical patients or recreational consumers. We are legally required to do this based off of details in MCRSA:
What does this mean for you?
(1) Once we receive our license, we will no longer be using Baker & all Baker points will be zeroed out. Since all the rewards on Baker were for free products, we will not be using this system for Loyalty Points moving forward.
(2) We will continue to use Loyalty Points through Meadow, however the rewards of a Free Gram for 250 points & a Free 1/8th for 1000 points will no longer be available. We will continue to offer you a discount for your points: $10 OFF for 250 Points, $20 OFF for 500 Points & $40 OFF for 1000 Points. Your Meadow points will not be zeroed out when we receive our license & you will continue to earn points on every dollar you spend pre-tax.
(3) This also means we will no longer be offering Free Grams for referrals or online reviews and no free product samples for VIP patients.
