The Hollywood Forever Cemetery is a landmark destination for LA summer events, and for many good reasons. Home to free screenings throughout the season, Hollywood Forever has become a singular attraction for those seeking a communal experience with a spooky twist.
Being an actual cemetery, visitors can explore certain areas of the grounds to view the graves of long-deceased titans of Hollywood’s entertainment industry. While much of the cemetery is off-limits to guests, the atmosphere and drama of the entire setting makes Hollywood Forever an ideal location to show off to friends who are new to the area or others who have not had the pleasure of attending a screening or other event.
Griffith Observatory Shows
Snuggled into the Santa Monica Mountains, the Griffith Park Observatory offers year-round exhibits that reveal to visitors the mysteries of the solar system and explore a number of other scientific subjects. Immediately upon entering, visitors are treated to an enormous pendulum which provides a visual representation of the earth’s rotation.
The main attraction at Griffith Park, however, is its signature observatory shows which delight and dazzle the eye with presentations on a variety of interstellar phenomena. DTLA Art Walk

Every second Thursday of each month, the DTLA Art Walk graces the streets of Downtown Los Angeles, taking residents and other guests on a guided tour of various exhibits and murals. Along the way, participants in the walk will have opportunities to purchase artisan items from the finest local craftworkers in the city.
